Full-Time | 24/7 Operations Position Overview MedEx is hiring a Dispatch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 24/7 ambulance communications center. This role demands flexibility, leadership, and a focus on delivering high-quality service in both emergency and non-emergency situations.
The Dispatch Manager will:
Lead and supervise dispatch personnel Coordinate emergent and inter-facility response activities Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards Foster strong communication across internal teams and with external partners Continuously improve dispatch processes and service delivery Report directly to the
Communications Center Director Compensation:
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
