What You'll Do:

Oversee and coordinate daily dispatch operations Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Monitor routes and schedules, adjusting as needed to optimize efficiency Process and maintain accurate records of bills of lading Proactively resolve issues and ensure top-tier service

What We're Looking For:

Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-moving, everchanging environment Dispatching or logistics experience preferred (but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Why Aqua Logistics?
