At A-1 Sewer, Septic, HVAC & Plumbing , we don't just answer service calls—we take care of our customers when they need us most. From keeping families comfortable at home to helping businesses stay up and running, our team makes a difference every single day. We're looking for someone who loves a challenge, enjoys helping people, and can keep a busy day moving forward with confidence and a smile. No dispatching experience? That's okay. If you're organized, learn quickly, communicate well, and can confidently keep track of several moving priorities throughout the day, we'll teach you everything you need to know about dispatching HVAC service. What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate residential and commercial HVAC service calls.
• Be the friendly, reassuring voice customers hear when they call.
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to keep schedules running efficiently.
• Adjust schedules when emergencies arise.
• Keep customers informed and provide an exceptional experience from start to finish.
• Work closely with a team that genuinely supports one another.
• Contact existing maintenance agreement customers to renew their annual service plans and help them continue protecting their home's comfort and efficiency. We're Looking For Someone Who…
