Summary We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team at Kansas Paving/ Kansas Ready Mix. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation logistics and ensuring timely deliveries. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our reputation for reliability and service excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of products. Manage logistics and transportation planning to optimize routes and schedules. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members regarding delivery status. Utilize GPS and other tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations and performance. Analyze shipping and receiving processes to improve efficiency. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, shipments, and inventory levels. Requirements Proven experience in dispatching or logistics management preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
