Be assigned a company phone and utilize it for all driver-related communication, maintaining consistent and reliable contact. Be available to support drivers outside of standard office hours as needed, including taking the company phone home to assist with urgent issues. Proactively reach out to customers regarding service delays, missed pickups, or scheduling changes to reset expectations and provide solutions. Handle inbound customer service calls in a professional and timely manner, managing each interaction from initial contact through resolution. Provide accurate and clear communication to customers regarding services, billing, and scheduling. Navigate and utilize the company CRM system proficiently to document customer interactions, service updates, and operational changes (training provided).
