Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to handle the daily operations of a fast-paced DSP. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing supervisors and delivery associates, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving operational performance through effective leadership and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery who can thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and delivery associates. Oversee daily dispatch and delivery operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including safety, productivity, attendance, and quality. Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and DSP operating standards. Coordinate fleet readiness and vehicle maintenance. Analyze operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture. Qualifications 1+ years of management experience in a DSP, logistics, transportation, distribution, or warehouse environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience managing operational KPIs and driving performance improvements. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Pay:
$24.50 - $26.00 per hour
