Job Description

National Ambulance wants you to be a part of our rapidly growing family oriented company that provides emergency and non-emergency ambulance & handicap van services to Greater Springfield. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that is willing to work in our state of the art operations center. Incumbents are responsible for a wide variety of operation center activities; including receiving emergency and non-emergency requests for ambulance service, transmitting orders to suitable response units and completing administrative duties all while maintaining a sense of urgency in a fast pace office setting.
Responsibilities:
Consistently multi-tasking Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing Resource management Working independently without direct supervision to accomplish goals Scheduling & quality control The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Microsoft Office The ability to type at least 40 wpm Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation A positive attitude The ability to work in a team Willingness for continual learning Flexibility, assertiveness & forward thinking
