• 4:30 PM We are a busy, well-established plumbing, heating and cooling company in Worcester, MA looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable temporary team member to support our office staff in answering incoming calls and booking jobs for our techs using ServiceTitan.

We are looking for someone to fill the role of second dispatcher for 1-2 months while our current dispatcher is out. After the 1-2 months, we are open to offering a per diem role for the right candidate during times when we have staff out and/or heavy call volume. Previous customer service and dispatcher experience is preferred, as is knowledge of plumbing and HVAC or home service work. Working experience with ServiceTitan a highly preferred. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Respond to emergency service calls with urgency, empathy, and clear communication Work with the lead dispatcher to schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently Communicate effectively with customers and field technicians Enter and manage job details using ServiceTitan Provide general administrative and office support Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, experience preferred Ability to remain calm and organized in high-stress or emergency situations Able to work in an office within a shop setting Comfortable using computers, software, and technology Plumbing or home service industry experience is a plus ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred Ideal Candidate Friendly, patient, empathetic and professional Confident phone presence Organized and able to multitask Quick learner who adapts well to new systems and processes Schedule Temporary and flexible (1-2 months) Monday through Friday 7:30 AM
