Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, assessing and reassessing patients, administering chemotherapy and supportive treatments, and managing side effects. Demonstrates proficiency in IV therapy, vascular access, medication administration, and emergency response. Ensures patient safety, adheres to safety protocols, and documents care accurately. Provides patient and caregiver education, coordinates discharge planning, and participates in quality improvement and professional development. Qualifications include RN licensure in Massachusetts, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and CPR/BLS certification.
