No part time and/or remote options available .• Daily tasks include : Identifying drivers based on skill set, licensure, and availability. Scheduling drivers for a variety of job assignments. Maintaining consistent, quality customer contact. Monitoring driver routes and start times. Monitoring traffic and flight patterns.

Qualifications:

Previous Dispatch or Phone Customer Service Experience. This is a job for a driven customer service professional who can handle a fast-paced environment. Must have a working knowledge of the Baltimore metro area.
