Service Dispatcher oversees the daily scheduling and routing of our dynamic service department including prioritizing customer requests, managing parts rewrites, coordinating phone support with technicians to assist customers, preventative maintenance programs, and certification/project management and reporting. Must have excellent customer service skills, be familiar with Microsoft Excel and have general overall computer proficiency for above average: Scheduling of service calls, return visits and preventative maintenance calls Providing accurate details to field technicians Parts transfers between techs, warehouse, or job sites Communicate service delays or updates and closeouts to customers daily

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
