Part-time — your main shifts will be on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts as needed Battle Buddy Mobility Transport is a non-emergency medical transportation company serving nursing home and hospital discharge patients across Michigan. We're looking for a sharp, dependable Dispatcher to join our team on a part-time basis. What You'll Do Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond quickly and professionally Multitasking Monitor and respond to emails throughout your shift Field calls from drivers in the field and help solve problems in real time Manage and coordinate drivers' trips for the day, keeping everything on schedule Pre-assign drivers' upcoming shifts to keep the next day running smoothly What We're Looking For Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Strong phone and written communication skills Comfortable staying calm and organized under pressure Available to work your main shifts on weekends, with flexibility for occasional weekday shifts Prior dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience is a plus Why Battle Buddy?
