What You'll Do Schedule and dispatch HVAC/Plumbing service technicians Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously Coordinate service appointments and technician schedules Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates Maintain accurate customer records in company software Assist customers with maintenance scheduling and service questions Support the Service Manager and office team Work collaboratively to provide an outstanding customer experience Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED 2+ years of dispatching or customer service experience (HVAC industry preferred) Excellent phone and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Computer proficiency Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred Residential HVAC/Plumbing dispatching experience Customer Service Representative What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable Organized Positive and professional Detail-oriented A strong communicator Customer-focused Self-motivated A team player Eager to learn and grow Why Join Sheren?
