ICON is looking for the right person with TPA (Third Party Administrator), DASH, Xactanalysis, Alacrity, and experience working for an insurance restoration contractor. The Emergency Services Administrator will serve as the primary liaison between customers, insurance carriers, adjusters, and our restoration team. This role is responsible for managing claim documentation, assisting with scheduling emergency services jobs, ensuring timely communication, tracking claim progress, and helping maximize claim approvals and efficiency. The ideal candidate must have experience in TPA's, scheduling ESD jobs, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
