We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Dispatcher / Office Manager to join our growing commercial plumbing company. This role is a key position responsible for managing daily office operations while coordinating technician schedules and customer communication. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch plumbers to commercial job sites Answer and manage incoming calls and emails Communicate job details with technicians and customers Maintain daily schedules, work orders, and job updates Handle invoicing, billing support, and basic office paperwork Track job progress and follow up on completed work Support management with administrative tasks Maintain organized records and filing systems

Qualifications:

Dispatching or office management experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable with computers, phones, and office software Experience in plumbing, construction, or service industries is a plus Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
