We offer customized, full supply chain management services in the areas of Transportation, Logistics, Warehousing, Assembly, and Distribution. We are currently looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Sterling Heights! 2nd Shift (3:00pm to 12:00am or 1:00am)
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be able to obtain detailed dispatch specifications from customers, perform load planning, coordinate load assignments, monitor various shipping boards, handle administrative paperwork, monitor driver's locations, and perform accurate data entry. Candidate should be able to exercise a high level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks as work is performed under minimal daily supervision. This position requires an extensive training program that will require a flexible work schedule.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma required Professional and detail-oriented dispatch experience/formal training preferred, will consider familiarity in trucking industry Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service Proficient in computers Excellent organizational and customer service skills Ability to multi-task High level of self-motivation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Able to follow and adhere to Logistics ISO procedures and corporate policies What makes CLAW a great place to work?
