On the repair side — build the process, grow the customer base, and treat it like the real revenue opportunity it is. Neither side runs itself. You are responsible for making sure both run well.

the owner handles customer escalations, motor club and contract relationships, and major vendor decisions directly. Those stay with him.
CORE DUTIES
— TOWING (primary responsibility) Driver and Fleet Management (drivers report directly to this manager) Build and publish weekly driver schedules at least one week in advance. Drivers are accountableWe are looking for a reliable full-time dispatcher to join our towing and repair shop team. This position includes dispatching tow truck drivers, answering phone calls, assisting with customers, and helping with service writing for our repair shop. this is a fast paced position that requires strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. Responsibilities Establish a clean repair order flow — every RO has a written authorization, documented labor times, accurate parts cost, and a completed quality check before delivery. Write and implement a price sheet for all services offered. No pricing should be improvised at the counter. Define and enforce a comeback policy — any repair returned within 30 days is a comeback, it gets tracked, and it gets reviewed. Make sure vehicles towed in from the road move into the shop smoothly and get written up promptly.
