We are looking for two, upbeat, friendly people to join our Transportation Support Team at our Eagan garage! We are a local Minnesota transportation company. We are proud to be employee-owned and we are looking to welcome 2 new Dispatchers at our office in Eagan serving our MVTA operation. Schedule 1: Sunday

  • 8:00pm Job Responsibilities Responsible for working with team to ensure operations run effectively Ensure proper documentation of accidents, incidents, and vehicle service calls Assist with routing responsibilities including transit system, detours, GPS monitoring, customer calls and other operational procedures Monitor radio and communicate operational messages to employees Frontline communications specialist for inbound phone and email inquiries Gathering information regarding accidents and incidents and completing assigned documentation Receive and respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency alerts What we are looking for Proficient with Microsoft Office products Detailed-oriented person with a can-do attitude!
Other Requirements Excellent communication skills Read, write, and speak in English Have a positive attitude and be a team player Must be able to work independently and in a team environment Obtain (within 90 days of hire date) a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), with air brake and endorsements for passenger and a valid DOT physical How we're different: We're employee owned
