Job Summary This role accelerates business values by utilizing last-mile routing software to plan and publish light-duty routes for the Reddy Ice ecosystem on a daily and monthly basis. This role will primarily be responsible for planning routes associated with our field service equipment technicians. When required, this position will assist in nightly heavy duty (HD) assets route planning operations.

Duties Assist with vehicle dispatching by coordinating routes using transportation management systems and vehicle dispatch software Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and internal teams via phone calls and internal messaging platforms to relay instructions and updates Enter data accurately into logistics databases such as Oracle Transportation Management and transportation management systems Monitor GPS and GIS tools to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Support shipping & receiving operations by scheduling freight pickups and deliveries in accordance with logistics plans Maintain organized records of dispatch activities, freight details, and customer interactions for analysis and reporting purposes Provide excellent customer service through professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently Qualifications Proven experience with road transportation operations, logistics, or supply chain management Familiarity with
