Pay:
$25.00 per hour +Full Benefits Schedule:
5:30 AM - 2:00 PM We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AM Dispatcher to support our school bus operations. This role ensures safe, on-time transportation for students by coordinating drivers, monitoring routes, and communicating with schools and families during morning service.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee morning routes to ensure on-time performance and full coverage Communicate with drivers, attendants, schools, and parents regarding delays or issues Assign spare drivers and adjust routes as needed in real time Support drivers with directions, student needs, and problem-solving Respond quickly to service disruptions and escalate when necessary Maintain accurate logs of delays, incidents, and route activityQualifications:
Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred School bus transportation experience a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (email, routing/GPS systems)What We're Looking For:
