What You'll Do as a

Dispatcher:

Coordinate daily delivery routes to maximize fleet efficiency and meet customer commitmentsRespond to customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related concerns promptlyManage yard personnel schedules, labor allocation, time-off requests, and payroll processingMaintain accurate delivery, inventory transfer, and customer information within DDMS and BisTrack systemsMonitor driver compliance with DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, and required certificationsCommunicate regularly with sales, operations, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth operationsSupport safety initiatives and assist with reporting and investigating workplace incidents What You Need to Bring to the

Dispatcher Role:
