Description Job Title:

Overnight Dispatcher We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating overnight operations, monitoring schedules, communicating with drivers or field staff, and ensuring timely response to service needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and is committed to delivering excellent support during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and dispatch drivers, technicians, or service personnel during overnight shifts

+ Monitor routes, schedules, and service activity to ensure on-time performance

+ Respond quickly to incoming calls, service requests, and operational issues

+ Communicate clearly with team members, customers, and management regarding updates or delays

+ Maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch records

+ Troubleshoot issues and escalate urgent matters as needed

+ Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Previous dispatch, logistics, customer service, or operations experience preferred

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced setting

+ Proficiency with dispatch systems, computer applications, and phone communication

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
