Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching HVAC technicians to service calls in a timely and effective manner. The HVAC Dispatcher will ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating smooth operations and efficient use of resources while maintaining effective communication between customers, technicians, and management. • 8-hour shifts
• 1st

Shift:

Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm

• No On-call!
• No Weekend! Key Responsibilities

Dispatching :

Coordinate and dispatch HVAC service technicians to scheduled appointments, emergencies, and service calls

Scheduling :

Manage and maintain the daily service schedule for HVAC technicians to ensure optimal routing and efficiency.

• Customer service: Communicate with customer to confirm appointments, answer questions and ensure accurate service details are provided

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service calls, technician dispatch and customer interactions in the system

Prioritize Requests:

Evaluate and prioritize service requests based on urgency, available resources, and technician schedules. Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk
• Must be able to communicate clearly via phone or email
• Occasional light lifting of files or office equipment Required Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training preferred.
• Previous work experience with CSR/Dispatching preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems/services is highly desirable.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Able to communicate professionally, concisely and clearly with other team members and clients.
• High-level customer relations skills.
• Detail orientated and accuracy a must.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
