AND MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor service appointments
• Supervise and train service employees, and diagnose some vehicles based on RO documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain organization of documents

Experience:

• Previous experience in auto service management or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of automotive vehicles
• Strong sales skills and ability to upsell services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in cash handling and computer skills
