High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, and CRM utilization, preferably in the HVAC or related industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with HVAC systems and terminology is desirable. Proficiency in utilizing CRM platforms (ServiceTitan) for customer data management, scheduling, and performing inbound and outbound calls.

Core Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound Calls:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, confirm services, and follow up with customers professionally.

Appointment Scheduling and Dispatching:

Schedule and dispatch HVAC service appointments through the CRM, coordinating technician availability and ensuring timely job completion.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate customer records and document service requests, interactions, and technician assignments within the CRM system. Collaboration with

Technicians and Service Team:

Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure clear communication, efficient operations, and high customer satisfaction.

Problem Resolution:

Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.

Dispatching Efficiency:

Monitor and optimize technician schedules to improve dispatch efficiency and accommodate urgent or emergency service requests.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
