About Us Hamlett Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We deliver for Amazon every 7-days a week and take pride in running a well-organized, professional operation that supports our drivers and our people. As we grow, we're opening a new station in St. James,MO and looking for a dependable, hands-on Dispatcher to help lead it. About the Role The Dispatcher keeps the station running each day. You'll organize routes, support and coach drivers, keep our vehicles ready to roll, and work directly with Amazon to make sure every package gets where it needs to go. It's a fast-paced leadership role with real ownership — a great fit for someone organized, level-headed, and good with people. Dispatchers should also be able to jump in and deliver a route themselves when needed. What You'll Do Organize and assign routes each morning and make sure every route is covered. Support drivers throughout the day, solving problems and answering questions as they come up. Coach drivers on safe driving and strong performance, and follow up on any concerns. Track vehicles and make sure the fleet is clean, charged or fueled, and ready for the next day. Report and document any vehicle damage or issues, and get repairs scheduled. Handle day-to-day records like driver attendance, time, and onboarding paperwork. Work directly with Amazon on routes and daily delivery goals. Help hire and train new drivers as the team grows. Step in to deliver a route or help finish deliveries when needed. What We're Looking For 1 year of experience in Amazon Logistics Management or other logistics companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc). Reliable transportation — required for daily work at the St. James, MO station. Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure. Well-organized, with the ability to juggle many moving parts at once. A strong communicator who works well with both drivers and management. Comfortable using phones, apps, and computer systems for daily tracking. Willing and able to deliver a route when the situation calls for it. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Pay:

$23.00 - $23.50 per hour
