Competitive hourly pay based on experience Job Summary KV3 Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking a dependable, organized, and solutions-focused Dispatcher to help manage our daily delivery operations.

IF HIRED THE DISPATCHER MUST DRIVE AND COMPLETE 25 FULL ROUTES OR MORE ON THEIR OWN WITH KV3 LOGISTICS PRIOR TO STARTING THEIR DISPATCHER ROLE.

The Dispatcher plays a critical role in keeping our delivery operation running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will be responsible for monitoring drivers throughout their routes, communicating with Delivery Associates, coordinating rescues and route support, addressing issues as they arise, and helping ensure that our team successfully completes deliveries each day. This position requires someone who can think quickly, communicate professionally, multitask, and remain calm under pressure. This is a hands-on operational role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their shift and understands that successful dispatching means staying engaged with the operation from the time drivers leave the station until the final driver safely returns. Schedule This position works a consistent 4-day, 40-hour schedule consisting of 10-hour shifts.

One weekend day every week Three weekdays every week Approximately 40 hours per week Ability to remain until daily delivery operations are completed when necessary Candidates must have dependable transportation and reliable attendance. Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Dispatch Operations Monitor Delivery Associates throughout their routes and track daily delivery progress. Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day. Identify drivers who are falling behind and take action before service is negatively impacted. Coordinate rescues and route assistance based on operational needs. Monitor route completion and help ensure packages are delivered safely and on time. Assist drivers with delivery-related questions and operational issues. Communicate important updates to drivers clearly and professionally. Maintain awareness of the entire operation rather than focusing on individual routes only. Ensure drivers safely return to the station and properly complete end-of-day procedures. Driver Support & Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for Delivery Associates while they are on the road. Provide clear, professional, and respectful direction to drivers. Help drivers troubleshoot delivery and route-related challenges. Escalate safety concerns, accidents, injuries, customer issues, and other significant incidents to management immediately. Maintain professional communication even during high-pressure situations. Help create an environment where drivers feel comfortable communicating operational or safety concerns. Route Monitoring & Performance Continuously monitor route progress throughout the shift. Identify potential late routes and service failures before they occur. Make strategic decisions regarding rescues and driver assistance. Work with management to reduce returned packages and improve route completion. Monitor driver performance and communicate recurring concerns to management. Help ensure operational decisions support company and Amazon performance expectations. Safety & Compliance Reinforce KV3 Logistics LLC and Amazon safety expectations throughout the day. Never encourage drivers to compromise safety in order to complete a route. Immediately escalate accidents, injuries, vehicle issues, or serious safety concerns. Ensure required operational procedures are followed. Maintain accurate communication and documentation regarding incidents and operational concerns. Follow all company policies and Amazon DSP requirements. End-of-Day Operations Monitor drivers until routes are completed and drivers return to the station. Track packages that are being returned to the station. Identify and document reasons for returned packages when required. Communicate significant delivery issues to the Operations Manager. Assist with end-of-day driver and vehicle procedures. Ensure outstanding operational issues are properly communicated before completing the shift. Required Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable using computers, smartphones, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and operational software. Ability to communicate professionally with drivers, managers, Amazon personnel, and other team members. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation. Ability to work one weekend day and three weekdays each week. Ability to work approximately 10 hours per shift. Willingness to work in an active delivery station environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous dispatching experience. Previous Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) experience. Experience as an Amazon Delivery Associate. Experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, warehousing, or last-mile delivery. Experience supervising or coordinating a team. Familiarity with Amazon delivery operations and DSP performance metrics. Amazon DSP experience is preferred but not required. Dispatchers will spend time working on computers and operational systems while also regularly interacting with drivers, managers, vehicles, and Amazon station personnel. The pace can change quickly throughout the day. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple situations simultaneously and making timely decisions.
