Job Description
Dynamic Environmental Services is currently seeking to add a dispatcher to our established team in Pearl, MS Position will include job scheduling, communication of all job needs to drivers, interaction with customers and sales team. Dispatcher will continually update job information based on customer needs and relay this info to management, sales and drivers. The Dispatcher position will act as a communication point for client calls; receiving requests, transmitting messages and tracking vehicle status. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed while dealing with customer demands. Responsibilities Receive client calls and record significant information Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions Receive and dispatch orders services Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance Use radio, phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information Skills Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods Proficient in English and Spanish Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener with excellent communication skills Sound judgement and critical thinking High school diploma Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position ON CALL
