What You'll Do As a Dispatcher, you'll be the heartbeat of daily operations—coordinating schedules, communication, and efficiency across the entire team: Manage and optimize technician schedules across departments Communicate with office staff on availability and scheduling needs Coordinate with service managers on technician availability and workload Keep customers informed with accurate arrival time updates Stay in constant communication with technicians to maximize efficiency and productivity Handle scheduling and rescheduling as needed throughout the day Adapt quickly and shift schedules on the fly to meet demand Assist with CSR responsibilities during high-demand periods What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of dispatch experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Comfortable handling high call volume, texts, and emails Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office & general computer skills) Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude Ability to stay calm under pressure and adjust quickly Strong multitasking skills Reliable transportation Bonus Points (Not Required) Experience dispatching for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or home services Familiarity with ServiceTitan What We Offer 401(k) + Company Match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Sick Time Referral Program Retirement Plan Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Ready to Join Us?
