Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid Driver's License is required. Previous commercial driving experience is a plus, but not necessary. Must have a Social Security Card or secondary form of valid identification. Eligible to work in the U.S. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Operations Management :

Plan, direct, and coordinate transportation operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.

Communication :

Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure clear instructions are given to leaders in the field.

Time Management :

Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, meeting key targets such as DPMO, route coverage, and compliance.

Process Improvement :

Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement technology, and train teams to enhance operations.

Safety & Compliance :

Ensure all operations adhere to safety standards and company policies, maintaining a strong safety culture.

Team Coordination :

Collaborate with the human resources and accounting teams to align resources and expectations.

Route & Dispatch Management :

Involved with dispatching, routing, and the transport of vehicles, ensuring smooth operations.

Customer & Employee Relations :

Investigate and resolve customer and employee complaints.

Reporting & Budgeting :

Monitor expenses to ensure they align with approved budgets and handle all reporting through Google Docs.

Business Reviews :

Attend weekly Business Reviews with Amazon to ensure compliance and discuss performance metrics.

Contract Management :

Negotiate and authorize contracts for assets.

Monday to Friday, with weekends required as needed. 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available.
