Open availability is required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. A&A Security Group is seeking a dependable and professional Security Operations Center (SOC) Dispatch Operator . This position monitors security operations, communicates with security officers, responds to incidents, and ensures all posts remain properly staffed and supported. Responsibilities Monitor security cameras, alarms, and operational systems Dispatch security officers and supervisors as needed Maintain regular communication with officers in the field Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and staffing issues Document calls, incidents, and dispatch activity accurately Coordinate with management, clients, and emergency services Monitor officer check-ins and verify post coverage Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Follow all company policies and dispatch procedures Qualifications Must have a current unarmed security license Must have open availability Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Previous dispatch, SOC, security, call-center, or emergency communications experience preferred Strong computer, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to make sound decisions under pressure Professional telephone and radio communication skills Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required Must successfully complete all required background and pre-employment screenings Compensation $20.00 per hour Full-time opportunity Professional growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding security company Applicants without a current unarmed security license or open availability will not be considered.
