Job Description

```Duties```
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation services for deliveries and pickups
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient operations
  • Monitor and track shipments using GPS and transportation management systems
  • Analyze data to identify trends, optimize routes, and improve overall efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on delivery status
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including data entry into relevant systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical challenges
  • Collaborate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Plan and optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
  • Use GPS, and Oracle Transportation Management software to facilitate transportation operations
  • Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to coordinate shipmen ```Skills```
  • Strong knowledge of phone systems and communication protocols
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with GPS technology for tracking shipments and optimizing routes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
