Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator / Dispatcher to join our team. As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field service technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for field service technicians
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates on service progress, and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service requests
Skills:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and Good Phone Etiquette is a must
- Knowledge of air conditioning, HVAC/R systems, and related equipment highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills, including Quickbooks.
