Friday Onsite Overview:

Coordinate service requests, dispatch technicians, manage schedules, and ensure timely communication between customers and field teams. Responsibilities Prioritize requests and assign technicians based on urgency, location, skills, and availability. Monitor schedules and adjust assignments as needed. Create work orders and maintain accurate service records. Track job status, completion, and response times. Coordinate emergency and preventive maintenance calls. Communicate updates and escalate urgent issues. Requirements Dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or service coordination background. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/dispatch systems. HVAC, field service, logistics, or ERP experience preferred.
