Kevin's Plumbing & Heating is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling and setting up service work orders Following up with customers after service calls Ordering parts and tracking deliveries Checking in parts and maintaining accurate records Coordinating with technicians and office staff Providing excellent customer service by phone and in person

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills are a must Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills and attention to detail Software Field Edge and QuickBooks Experience in dispatching, customer service, or the plumbing/HVAC industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
