Position Overview

Harlow's School Bus Services is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Dispatcher / Charter Coordinator to join our transportation team. This is a dynamic position that combines dispatching and coordinating charter and activity trips. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and making a difference in student transportation, we'd love to hear from you! Essential Responsibilities Dispatcher Coordinate daily school bus routes and driver assignments.

Respond to driver, school, and parent concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Communicate effectively with drivers using radio and phone systems.

Assist with emergency situations and transportation changes. Charter Coordinator Schedule charter and activity trips for schools and community groups. Confirm transportation details with customers. Coordinate vehicle and driver availability for charter services.

Ensure trip paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and school personnel. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Basic computer proficiency.

Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills Problem-solving and sound judgment
