Position Summary This role is responsible for welcoming guests, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, and assisting with communication between departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the property. Key Responsibilities Guest Services Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude and thank them upon departure. Provide directions and assistance to guests regarding restaurants, restrooms, table games, and the cage. Maintain a professional and friendly presence at all times. Safety & Monitoring Check identification to verify age requirements. Identify intoxicated individuals and escalate concerns when necessary. Monitor guest activity and assist security by observing and reporting suspicious behavior. Help maintain orderly entry and exit throughout the property. Communication & Dispatch Utilize radio equipment to communicate with security staff and management. Operate radio, phone, and computer systems to dispatch Security Officers to calls such as medical emergencies, disorderly guests, or guest escorts. Coordinate emergency response efforts and communicate with external emergency services when needed. Qualifications & Requirements Previous customer service experience preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a casino gaming license. Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary. Ability to work long shifts in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. May require extended time in a communication or monitoring station.
