Geiger's LimousineTransportation is hiring full-time and part-time Overnight Dispatchers for our busy Atlantic City office. Schedule Overnight shifts, full-time and part-time positions available. We operate 24/7, so weekend and holiday availability is required. Responsibilities Direct and support a team of professional chauffeurs Receive, confirm, and enter all reservations accurately in our dispatch system Record thorough, accurate trip notes Create and organize schedules Manage a multi-line phone system, computers, printers, and time clock Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a dispatch center strongly preferred Reliable availability for overnight shifts Professional telephone etiquette at all times Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Takes initiative and solves problems independently Proficient with computers and able to learn new software quickly
