PM Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Dispatch Associate for our CFS operation. In this role, you will support daily dispatch and warehouse operations by assisting with driver check-ins, updating shipment records, coordinating dispatch activities, and handling basic administrative tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are organized and reliable, and have strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Support driver check-ins and check-outs. Update and maintain shipment and dispatch records. Assist with daily dispatch coordination and scheduling. Communicate with drivers and internal warehouse teams. Perform basic administrative and data entry tasks. Ensure shipment information is accurate and updated. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Support smooth day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced warehouse and dispatch office environment. Requires standing, walking, and computer-based tasks throughout the shift. Team-oriented and professional workplace. Safety gear may be required while on the warehouse floor.
