is required. a 3PL company, provides comprehensive eCommerce warehousing and logistics services. Lecangs owns 12 warehouses globally, including 7 in the U.S., with a total storage area of approximately 3,600,000 square feet. Lecangs has integrated resources from our long-term carrier partners FedEx and UPS and multiple retail stores like Walmart, HomeDepot, Wayfair, etc, and served more than 500 eCommerce businesses including the FlexiSpot brand, LoctekMotion brand, and PriceDepot brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and schedule the movement of goods at the port in the Savannah, GA area. 2. Ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading of cargo containers. 3. Manage and oversee the dispatching process for various goods, including meeting pods, sofas, and other furniture items. 4. Coordinate with port authorities, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. 5. Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure accurate and timely delivery. 6. Resolve any issues or delays in the shipping process. 7. Communicate with warehouse staff and drivers to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules. 8. Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including documentation and tracking information. 9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures. 10. Provide support and assistance to other port operations as needed.

Requirements :

1. 3+ years of experience in port dispatching or related logistics roles. 2. Fluency in English. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Knowledge of port operations and shipping logistics. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. 7. Prficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and logistics software. 8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 9. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
