We specialize in the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced security systems, and we are looking for a dedicated Service Dispatcher to join our growing team. Position Overview The Service Dispatcher plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our service department. This individual will serve as the central point of contact between our clients and field technicians, ensuring seamless communication, timely service delivery, and optimal use of our AI-powered workflow tools. This is an in-office position requiring 4 days per week at our Morganville, NJ headquarters. Key Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and manage incoming service requests from clients promptly and professionally
• Utilize our AI Tech Finder tool to identify and assign the most qualified technicians for each job based on skill set, availability, and location
• Monitor and ensure AI-driven dispatch workflows are functioning correctly, troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Coordinate with field technicians before, during, and after on-site visits to ensure successful job completion
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding service status, estimated arrival times, and resolution updates
• Prioritize and manage multiple service tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Document all service activities, updates, and resolutions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate team leads or management
• Support continuous improvement of dispatch processes and workflows Requirements
• Proven experience in security integration, with a strong understanding of security systems, access control, CCTV, and related technologies
• Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with AI-based tools and technology platforms
• Previous experience in a dispatcher or service coordination role preferred
• Must be able to report to our Morganville, NJ office 4 days per week What We Offer
