Job Description
Position Overview The Dispatcher plays a critical role in supporting our largest clients at the Pine Brook Branch. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls through customer portal systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong dispatching background, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our major accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls through customer portal systems Serve as the dedicated dispatcher for major account clients, ensuring timely and accurate service scheduling Upload job hazard analysis (JHA) documents and safety certificates into customer portals as required Collaborate with branch dispatchers to ensure efficient, on-time scheduling across all service calls Monitor open work orders and proactively communicate status updates to customers Maintain accurate records of all service activity within dispatching and CRM systems Coordinate with field technicians to confirm availability, routing, and job readiness Respond promptly to emergency service requests and escalate as appropriate Provided expert technical support to field technicians and customers, maximizing customer service, uptime, and reliability of power generation systems Requirements 2-3 years of professional dispatching experience Demonstrated proficiency working within customer portal systems (required) Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal dispatching teams Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling and documentation Reliable and punctual with the ability to manage shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications Dispatching experience within the Power Generation industry (strong plus) Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Experience uploading compliance documents such as JHAs and safety certificates Background in service coordination within a technical or field services environment Mechanical and electrical aptitude
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
