Nico's express is Hiring — Dispatcher We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating and scheduling drivers and daily routes Communicating with drivers throughout the day Tracking pickups, deliveries, and job progress Responding to schedule changes, delays, and issues as they arise Communicating with customers regarding pickup and delivery updates Maintaining accurate dispatch records and documentation Helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently Ideal candidate: Strong communication and organizational skills Able to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Dependable and detail-oriented Comfortable working with drivers, customers, and management Transportation/trucking or dispatch experience is a plus but not needed We're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and can keep things organized when the day gets busy.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
