Full-time Picture your morning: you open the scheduling board, review overnight updates, and coordinate the right residential technician for each service call. A customer with no heat needs urgent help, while another awaits an electrical safety check. You match skill sets to jobs, optimize routes, and keep customers and technicians informed—all while setting the tone for a smooth, high-performing day. At Service Professionals, we are scaling toward a network of 150+ technicians, and this role is the heartbeat of that growth. As our Dispatcher, you'll operate the mission-control hub that keeps plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical jobs moving efficiently and accurately. What You'll Do Assign and route technicians to customer appointments, balancing urgency, skills, and geography. Ensure every work order has accurate notes and documentation before dispatch and after completion. Partner closely with customer support representatives to deliver an exceptional, seamless experience—every time. Monitor schedules in real time, reprioritizing as needs shift throughout the day. Maintain clear, friendly communication with technicians and customers. What You Bring 1-2+ years in a dispatcher or scheduling coordination role. Meticulous organization and attention to detail. Relationship-building skills that put people at ease. Comfort juggling multiple priorities without losing focus.Bonus:
