Job Description

Summary Chenega Naswik International, LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dispatcher/Alarm Monitor to support critical security operations in Artesia, New Mexico. In this role, you'll monitor security systems, coordinate responses to alarms and incidents, and serve as a vital communication link between security personnel, law enforcement, and the public. Responsibilities What You'll Do Monitor CCTV systems, intrusion alarms, fire alarms, duress alarms, and early warning systems. Receive and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls through telephone and radio communications. Coordinate and relay critical information to security personnel, supervisors, and law enforcement agencies. Maintain accurate records, logs, and communications documentation. Control and issue keys from the communications center. Safeguard assigned work areas and equipment. Support daily operations and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in dispatching, alarm monitoring, communications, security operations, or a similar field. At least two (2) years of data entry experience and three (3) years of office environment experience. Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute with at least 80% accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency with Windows-based systems, databases, and data entry platforms. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Valid driver's license. Ability to successfully complete pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing requirements. Authorization to work in the United States.
