We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to support daily field operations and ensure outstanding service delivery in Elko, Minnesota. This role serves as the central communication hub between technicians, customers, and corporate stakeholders, managing work order flow, technician scheduling, quoting, billing, and service completion follow-up. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable multitasking, and enjoys wearing many hats while coordinating multiple priorities throughout the day. Key ResponsibilitiesDispatching & SchedulingCreate and manage technician schedules for the following business day.

Coordinate and dispatch 7-15 field technicians daily.

Monitor technician routes and re-route technicians as priorities change.

Review dashboards, service queues, and incoming emails to ensure timely response to customer needs.

Track work order status and ensure proper completion and documentation.
