DOE, hourly with OT after 40hrs/week

Dispatcher Requirements:

Basic understanding of transportation operational processes. Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette Self-Motivated, with a strong sense of urgency; exhibiting solid judgement Effective listening and strong communication skills Strong computer skills a must. Ability to develop and nurture strong business partnerships Monitor driver/ load operational execution & problem solve as needed Motivated team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented and strong organization skills Working knowledge of People Net ,TMW, DOT / ELD a plus Dependability & flexibility
