Job Description
Job Summary Dispatcher Position The Dispatcher position is critical to the efficient assignment of resources to the customers and clients served by the company. Employees in this position will perform the following: Take a status report from the previous dispatcher Log on to Rescue Net Sign into the Dispatch Log Review Crewscheduler for the scheduled units to plan the work flow for the shift Provide accurate ETA's to the Call Takers for emergency calls Monitor the board and update on a regular basis Log any incidents to the Dispatch Log Report any unusual incidents to the management team Speak and understand the English Language Properly operate the computer and the software suite provided by the company Properly operate the phone and other communications system provided Speak to clients, customers and colleagues in a professional manner Perform other duties as assigned
