Fleet/Dispatch Manager Buffalo Biodiesel Inc

Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage heavy truck preventative maintenance and repairs Prioritize and follow up with mechanics in the fleet truck shop Maintain DOT, HUT, and IFTA books and records for fleet audits Supervise dispatching and manage 10-25 drivers and trucks daily Assist with hiring, onboarding, and terminations within the fleet department Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations Support operational efficiency and driver performance Utilize tracking and dispatch software to monitor fleet activityQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA) preferred 5 years of Fleet Management experience 5 years of Driver Management experience Experience repairing and troubleshooting commercial trucks Experience with hiring, onboarding, and terminations Strong working knowledge of tracking and dispatch software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with drivers and mechanics Clean motor vehicle reportSchedule:
Monday- Friday (7am
- 4pm) and Saturday (7am
- 12pm)
