For over 30 years, we have supplied the Hudson Valley's finest restaurants, schools, and businesses with premium fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, and meats. We prioritize sourcing from local farms and are dedicated to supporting the health and sustainability of our region. We are growing and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Morning Dispatcher to join our team! Position Overview We are seeking an organized individual to manage our early morning administrative dispatch operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our delivery routes are efficient, invoices are flawless, and our drivers hit the road on time. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who excels at data entry, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Invoice Management:
Print, review, and audit delivery invoices for 100% accuracy.
Data Entry:
Accurately input purchase orders and track inventory data into our system.
Logistics Coordination:
Generate and print lot labels; verify route sheets for delivery efficiency.
Problem Solving:
Navigate complex delivery or order changes quickly using critical thinking.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Tech-Savvy:
Strong computer skills with a high comfort level in administrative software.
Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional accuracy with numbers, labeling, and data entry.
Skills:
Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.
Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with Hudson Valley geography and towns is a major plus.

5:00 AM - 9:00
AM Days:
